ANDEAN PERU TREKKING incorporates the terms and conditions agreements to provide travel services to the customer of this website and any person who make use of our services through this website will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement with respect to the content, products or services provided by our company and its Web Site.
The mentioned terms and conditions apply to all packages, tours, rentals, transfers and travel services organized by ANDEAN PERU TREKKING that has been organized on your behalf by ANDEAN PERU TREKKING.
Making a Booking
When you make a booking with us you undertake that you have the authority to accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. A contract will exist upon our accepting any money from you to book different required activities.
When you make a booking with ANDEAN PERU TREKKING and we accept it, the total cost of the package becomes payable immediately, unless we have agreed that you should pay an initial deposit in advance. In any event, the full amount of required package must be paid minimum 03 days before your scheduled departure. (Some services require full payment to confirm booking, generally to book & buy train ticket and entrance fee to the Inca trail, Mahupicchu, Huaynapicchu Mountain which often sell out months in advance).
All rates are fixed at the time of the booking and generally will not be subject to any surcharges.
The only exception will be an increase in our costs arising as the result of any action of Peruvian government as they handle many touristic attractions such as archeological sites and museums along the country.
We reserve the right to change our prices on the website at any time before you complete a paid booking, including any special rates that we may offer from time to time, which may not be the same as those published on this website.
Once made the total payment amount or initial deposit; the receipt of Payment must be mailed to ANDEAN PERU TREKKING and immediately, you will receive the confirmation of Payment Received and confirmation of required tour reservation.
If you wish to change your booking in anyway after we have received your payment, must be consulted to ANDEAN PERU TREKKING, all the arrangement will be made looking the best for you. Some packages are booked many days in advance and will be required an extra charge for changings; some of them are flexible and extra charges will be not required.
If you cancel the booking
If you or a member of your party cancels all or part of the tour before starting the tour schedule.
- For initial deposit there is not refunds, because all the amount will be used to buy the tickets for different activities (for example entrance fee to the Inca trail, archeological sites offered in our packages, train tickets, etc..)
- For total payment, you will receive a refund of the amount paid (excluding any expenditure made).
Cancelation within 45 calendar days or more of your travel date – 50% refund to client. Cancelation within 30 – 44 calendar days of your travel date – 25% refund to client.
Cancelation within 15 – 29 calendar days of your travel date – 15% refund to client.
Cancelation less than 15 calendar days of your travel date – no refund to client.
Changes because Force Majeure
The organized schedule can be affected due force majeure such as delayed flights, war, civil conflict, strikes, natural disasters, floods, bad weather, among others. These events make difficult the compliance of contract and schedule.
ANDEAN PERU TREKKING is not responsible of the consequences of these mentioned events which end in cancellation of booked tours or extra charges for extra bookings such as flights, vehicle transfer and accommodation.
If we cancel your book
We reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel your booking previous valid explanation.
Most of required documents by ANDEAN PERU TREKKING are original passport and student card (ISIC Card) in case you are student.
A copy of mentioned documents will be mailed for a previous booking and registration. Same document will be ported by the visitor to entrance to the different booked activities and places.
