DAY 01: Cusco Arrival

Will be picked up from the airport to be taken to your hotel, will be reasonable to have free Day in Cusco to know and enjoy the City and its surroundings it to tolerate and get over the altitude sickness.

DAY 02: City tour ­­– Pisac

We’ll pick you up from the Hotel for a half day tour, starting upon nearest archeological site of Cusco city such as Sacsayhuaman, Quenqo, Pukapukara and Tambomachay where you will get a short walking around each place then we go to visit Pisac traditional and rustic Andean village with an archeological site which lie atop a hill facing a beautiful valley. The ruins are separated along the ridge into four groups: P’isaqa, Inti Watana, Qalla Q’asa, and Kinchiraqay which includes temple of the Sun, altars, water fountains, astronomic observatory, shelters and agricultural terraces on the steep hillside complemented by artisan market a perfect place to get the souvenirs in addition, you will also find a large choice of jewelry and silver-ware store.

Day 03: Cusco – Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes

visit to the Sacred Valley of the Incas where is located the amazing typical town of Chinchero where the families are still keeping the traditional way and mores of weaving and local weavers will be willing to teach you the traditional mores, skills and the system of textiles industry then a walking at around the archeological site where there is a good view of the terraces and cultivation fields.

Later, we will get the archeological site of Moray; they are circular terraces shape and have peculiar stairs among terraces. The purpose and function of those terraces served as an agricultural laboratory used by the Incas then we continue driving down to the salt evaporation ponds, located in Maras town, salt has been obtained since Pre-Incas time till now a day it is obtained by evaporating salty water from a local subterranean stream. The highly salty water emerges at a spring, a natural outlet of the underground stream. The flow is directed into an intricate system of tiny channels constructed so that the water runs gradually down onto the several hundred ancient terraced ponds.

Afterward, we will arrive to Urubamba town to have lunch (we recommend buffet restaurant where you can enjoy a mixture of Peruvian dishes plus vegetarian options).

Afterwards, we will get to Ollantaytambo, where we take a walking at around the archeological sites which consist of terraces for agricultural purposes, temples, storages and palaces plus the plaza. Afterward we will be taken in in a riding of one hour forty minutes by train to Aguas Calientes town (Machupicchu town) to spend the night there.

Day 04:  Machupicchu – Cusco

You will have some free time to explore the site on your own, to relax, or to meditate. At the agreed-upon time, you will return to Aguas Calientes town to take the train back for around two hours till Ollantaytambo or 3hours 30 minutes to Poroy Station, where you will be you will be picked up and transported to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 05: Transport to Cusco airport

Some more free Time to go shopping and organize your stuff. At the agreed-upon time you will be transported the airport for next destiny.
